We know that our pets are part of the family, so we welcome our 4-legged friends! To do this in the best possible way, we provide a specific floor for when we receive these special guests, so we maintain good contact with the other guests of the Hotel.

Currently, for logistical reasons, we only accept small dogs and cats in our Hotel, so the furry ones will be able to enjoy their accommodation in comfort and safety. We also made a guideline for hosting pets with some rules that must be followed by their tutors, available below and also by email when making the reservation.

When reserving the space for your Pet, you automatically accept these terms below:

• The reservation must be made in advance, depending on availability, as we only offer 2 spaces for pets at the Hotel during the same period of stay.
• It is necessary to have the vaccines, worms and protection from fleas and ticks up to date. We ask that you present a document that confirms these details when booking.
• Currently we receive dogs up to a maximum of 50 cm and up to 10 kg.
• We ask that you keep your 4-legged friend accompanied at all times, either with the tutor or some other responsible person designated in the liability term (to be signed in the reservation).
• It is necessary to keep your furry friend on your lap or in the carrying case while you are in the internal and external social areas.
• Even if your pet is a beloved guest, we ask that you take extra care with our Hotel to always keep your doors open for the furry ones. We ask that they do not use furniture, sheets, towels and pillows available in the accommodation.
• Do not wash or dry your 4-legged friend in the accommodation.
• Cleaning of the apartment will only be carried out in the presence of the responsible tutor.
• The cleaning of the residues left by your pet is the sole responsibility of the tutor
• It is your responsibility to keep your 4-legged friend away from the eating areas, as well as ensuring that he is as quiet as possible, so as not to disturb other guests
• We charge the amount of R $ 50.00 per night, referring to the extra cleaning fee. Any additional expenses or losses caused by your pet will be charged separately at check out.
• We ask that you preserve the hotel's garden and its premises.

It is in our DNA to be a company with sustainable practices, always in search of intelligent optimizations for people and the environment. Some of them are:

• We eliminate plastic straws
• We replaced the paper towels with steam machines to dry our hands.
• We always use recyclable paper in our prints and reuse the other side of the paper, reducing the amount of prints.
• We selected the garbage from the rooms and the cafeteria.
• Use of refillable shampoos and conditioners.
• Search and prioritize environmentally friendly suppliers and products.
• We are in the certification process to become a ‘Zero Waste Company’.
• We have a partnership with the energy company Enel, we have granted space on our premises to install an Ecoponto to serve the community, an action that allows the exchange of recyclable waste for discounts on the electricity bill
• We replaced the plastic stirrer with pasta. Simple and very well accepted!
• We replaced the disposable cups in some areas of the Hotel with cups and glass cups.
• We separate the waste.
• We donate tarpaulins, newspapers, papers and cardboard that would be discarded for social projects.
• We make the most of food with smart menus, avoiding waste.
• We schedule times to turn off some lamps and air conditioners.
• We are developing a vegetable garden to use in our kitchen, with a composting project as well.
